Quotations will be opened internally by Meatco immediately after the closing time referred to in section 8 above. A record of the Quotation Opening stating the name of the bidders, the amount quoted, the presence or absence of a Bid Securing Declaration, will be posted on the website of Meatco for bids above N$ 2 million and available to any bidder on request within three working days of the Opening.

A non-compulsory site visit is scheduled to take place on 15 January 2026 at the Meatco Windhoek Abattoir situated at 1 Sheffield Street, Northern Industry, Windhoek at 14h30-15h30.
