MeatMa continues to engage at grassroots level

MeatMa, Meatco’s product brand, continues to engage and provide the public with a ‘basket of protein' containing high-quality products at affordable prices. The product brand hosted a series of coastal promotions from 1 to 5 April 2019.

The promotions kicked off at Metro in Walvis Bay, and the product on display for the day, was MeatMa’s IQF Braaiwors. This was followed by Metro Swakopmund the following day where the IQF Braaiwors was also offered to customers. The Wednesday, MeatMa was at OK Megasave in Swakopmund where another promotion of the IQF Braaiwors took place. The brand moved to Arandis at Woermann Brock where the famous Chakalaka Wors was promoted and customers had the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the product. On the last day, the product brand was also at Woermann Brock in Omaruru and customers got a taste of the Chakalaka Wors once more in store.

According to MeatMa’s Sales Representative Local Markets & Value Addition, Griffith Uahindua, the promotions aimed to market MeatMa’s products at the coast for the first time this year. The overall customer attendance was excellent and the promotion attracted as many people on the ground as possible.     

MeatMa’s promotions are done differently in the various towns as per customer preferences and demand, therefore, activations can change with each promotion.
