Dear Esteemed Producer and Member of Meatco,

Following due consideration of the prevailing Public Health Covid-19 General Regulations in force for June 2021 which confine public gatherings to a limit of 50 persons per gathering, and further to the assessment of alternative methods on how best to host the AGM under the prevailing circumstances, this notice serves to inform all esteemed members of Meatco (registered in terms of sections 13 and 17 of the Meat Corporation of Namibia Act, Act 1 of 2001) that the combined AGM for 2020 and 2021 which is scheduled for 25 June 2021 is due to the aforementioned restrictions, hereby postponed until further notice.

In the interim, the Annual Report will be shared with the members for their consideration, while the team continues to explore all possible alternative methods on how best to host the combined AGM at a future date.
