Dear Esteemed Meatco Producer, you may have received a letter by email on 18 October 2019 informing you that your Meatco membership has lapsed.

However, the letter that was attached to the e-mail was not addressed to you. This information was erroneous due to a technical challenge with the program we used to generate the emails. We hereby sincerely apologise for the mistake.

This does not mean that Meatco is terminating its relationship with you. The only implication of the letter is that, unless you sell an animal to Meatco before 31 October 2019, you will not be eligible to vote at the special members meeting of 1 November 2019, where the election of nominees to the Meatco Board will be conducted.
