Meatco Annual General Meeting Scheduled for 22 June 2018
As per Section 14 (8) of the Meatco Act 1 of 2001, notice is hereby given to all registered members of the Meat Corporation of Namibia, that the 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, 22 June 2018 at 09:00 at the Wanderers Sports Club in Windhoek.

Submission of Motions
Deadline: 1 June 2018
Motions should be signed by the initiator and seconder who both must be active Meatco members.
A member can submit a signed scanned or e-mailed motion to be included in the Agenda on or before the indicated date.

As per Meatco Act 1 of 2001 Section 14, only registered Meatco members may attend and vote at the AGM.
All producers that have delivered at least one head of livestock to Meatco via our abattoirs, feedlots, permit days or the Mobile Slaughter Unit in the past five years and all producers who were Meatco members as at 30 June 2013, but are currently not registered, qualify for membership and are invited to attend the AGM.
They will have the opportunity to register between 07:30 and 08:30 before the AGM starts.
