We anticipate that slaughter will continue at Mutambo Ribebe for the next two months, until mid-October 2016. We plan to move the unit to Bravo Gate by the end of October where it will be stationed until December 2016. Early in 2017 we plan to move the unit to the Kunene Region, depending on the number of cattle available for slaughter. We currently have six employees running the MSU under the leadership of Obed Kaatura.

We aim to slaughter at least 25 cattle per day, with the product obtained from the MSU that is sold to the local market.

Farmers who want more information can contact Timoteus Kativa, our Procurement Officer in the Kavango Region on 0812745984 or 0855554636.
