A.INSURANCE APPLICATION
i)The Insurance Form is only valid once signed and faxed or signed at the valid procurement office before the commencement of the agreement

B.PRICE
i)The Corporation agrees to pay MEATCO DELIVERY AGREEMENT PRODUCERS the MEATCO PRODUCER PRICE.
ii)The MEATCO PRODUCER PRICE is subject to change.

C.MARKET ACCESS
i)MEATCO agrees to provide the benefit of a SLAUGHTER DATE to any MEATCO DELIVERY AGREEMENT PRODUCER according to the MEATCO merit point system.
ii)Producers requiring monthly allocations with other producers will be accommodated. That request will have the average merit point of the producers involved.
iii)Any changes in the slaughter program should be made in writing at least four (4) weeks prior to the allocated slaughter date.
iv)MEATCO reserves the right to move a slaughter allocation to another date and/or abattoir should problems be experienced that prevent MEATCO from observing that slaughter allocation.
v)In case of C. (iv), the MEATCO PRODUCER PRICE paid will be the better of the two days.
vi)Any cattle that do not cross the carcass scale will not be considered delivered and will also not be paid out.
vii)The producer entering into this agreement must be registered as a FANMEAT producer and must comply with FANMEAT regulations.
viii)This agreement will expire should your FANMEAT membership expire.
ix)Procedures to obtain a slaughter allocation at Meatco are spelled out on the back page.

D. COMMENCEMENT OF AGREEMENT
i)This agreement is applicable for a calendar year.
ii)No transport subsidy will be payable should the preferred abattoir be closed and slaughter stock diverted to the abattoir in operation.
iii)The rights and obligations contained in this agreement are not transferable.
iv)Slaughter stock allocated through this agreement may not be slaughtered through other Delivery Agreements.
